We Love K'Nex!

The boys were entertained with their Kid K'Nex for hours on Sunday afternoon. They wanted their picture taken after each new creation they made.

Brandon Mitchell--13 Months Old

My little "Peanut" is growing so fast. He is getting close to walking too. He has already discovered the stairs, so needless to say...the baby gates are back up again.

Easter Morning 2009

Easter was a little different this year. We had big plans on going to church and then going to the Clayton's for lunch and an egg hunt. However, Brandon and Kyle were SICK!! (Pretty typical in this house it seems). So our plans changed. We had a quiet day at home. The boys enjoyed all of their goodies from the Easter Bunny and had a great time hunting for their eggs too. They definitely racked up on the candy.

Dying Easter Eggs

The boys will kill me for these pictures one day. It always seems like the cold weather keeps us from coloring the eggs outside so this year we decided to do it in the garage. (And keep the dye off of my new kitchen table). I had the boys strip down to their underwear just in case....LOL. Jake was NOT happy with me but he did it anyway.
As always they loved it. Jake took the prize for the prettiest "ugly" egg this year.

Baseball Team Egg Hunt

Before practice this past Saturday....the baseball team had an egg hunt. They really enjoyed it. Afterwards they didn't seem at all interested in having baseball practice. :) They just wanted to see what was in the eggs.

Preschool Easter Parties for Cameron and Kyle

We had a fun-filled day at the preschool. Both boys had their Easter parties. Cameron's class went to the park and had an egg hunt and egg and spoon races. Kyle's class stayed at the church and had their own little party without the parents. (That's why there aren't as many pics for him). They are currently digging into their baskets and eating as much candy as possible.

Jake's 1st Homerun!

Tonight, Jake scored his first homerun. He was so excited. It was a very intense game to say the least. We lost by one run but the boys played their hearts out. Maybe next time. Jake got to keep the game ball.
